THE EQUIPMENT

A complex on a thorough revision of worn motor tyres includes: the installation - reactor and shears for crushing motor tyres. You can see substantially working installation, having arrived to us.

The given installation - reactor is capable to rework a feed stock (worn motor tyres) - 5 tons / day.

Output of installation (in day) compounds:
- on liquid fuel - 2 tons / day;
- on a carbonaceous fixed residue - 1,5 tons / day;
- on a metal cord - 0,5 tons / day;
- on gas - 1 tons / day.

Installation can work continuously, i.e. in accordance with addition of raw material. It works on natural gas which is produced during a thorough revision of motor tyres.
